Voltefy Budget — Terms of Service

Welcome to Voltefy Budget. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Voltefy Budget is a personal budgeting tool that helps you plan and track your money. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

2. Not Financial Advice

Voltefy Budget is a self-help tool for tracking your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information shown in the app — including the AI Budget Plan's suggestions — are your sole responsibility. Consult a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, your device, and any actions that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized device access.

4. Your Data

Data you enter — such as income, expenses, categories, and transactions — belongs to you. You may delete your data at any time by removing your account. See our Voltefy Budget Privacy Policy for details on how we store and process your data.

5. Guest Mode

Guest mode stores data only on your device. If you uninstall the app, sign out of guest mode, or lose your device, that data may be permanently lost. We strongly recommend creating a real account to back up your account record.

6. In-App Purchases (Voltefy Pro)

Voltefy Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store; refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Voltefy Pro applies to all devices signed in to your Apple ID, and supports Family Sharing.

If you delete and reinstall the app, or set up a new device under the same Apple ID, you can restore your Pro status using the "Restore Purchases" button inside the app (Profile → Voltefy Pro → Restore Purchases).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; (b) use the app to upload malicious content; (c) misuse third-party services integrated with the app; or (d) impersonate another person or account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Voltefy Budget available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltefy Budget and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Orlando, Florida.
